Am failing to enjoy 36E as my friends are enjoying as the decoder is not being any internet device and I have even tried factory reset after the update. Please is there any technical help you can offer

After the update the decoder is not recognizing any internet device in phone and mi fi router. The only version which is running smoothly is version 3.59 but the rest are not working as expected.
